This apartment for rental in the city center of Barcelona is on the 7th floor of a typical modernist building. Getting into the apartment you will be touched by the space and light you’ll discover in the comfortable living room with tv, sofa and a huge door that invites you to get out and enjoy the wonderful terrace where you’ll find the warming welcome of the flowers, a table to enjoy your dinner of your breakfast under the sunny sky of Barcelona and a very nice and open-air lounge corner to chill out in the summer’s evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and all the utensils you may need) and the entire space is bright and very well decorated with famous photographers' shoots and handmade paintings by the italian artist Marisa Frisina.
In the apartment there are two comfortable double rooms each with wardrobe and windows. One of them watching at the city from the top and one watching at the glassy roof of the building.
There is a complete and elegant bathroom (with a terrific view of the Montjuic!!!) with a roomy shower and a bidet.
This place is perfect for a family, two couples and to all the guests that want to spend a classy and relaxing vacation in Barcelona. The apartment can hosts up to 4 adults and there is also the option to host one or two child (as the sofa is a sofa bed). The TV and the free wi-fi connection (high speed) will offer you the chance to stay always connected with the world outside, even if you’ll be immersed in the privacy of a romantic refuge. The area
The place is 200 meters far from the San Antoni food market and only 10 minutes walking far from Las Ramblas and Plaza Universidad.
The apartment is also near the Parallel, known in the past as a place full of theatres and cabaret bars. The Parallel of Barcelona, in the 70’s, used to be a sort of Montmartre in Paris and now you can say it is sort of a Broadway.
It is one of the biggest streets of the city and it connects Plaza de España with the Ramblas where you can get in 15 minutes walking. Very close to the apartment you can also find the metro station L3 (Green Line) of Poble Sec, one of the main metro line to go to the Paseig de Gracia (where Gaudì’s houses are) and to the Parque Güell (one of the amazing projects of Antonì Gaudì).
The areas of Poble Sec and Parallel are very exciting and popular and there you’ll find a lot of good restaurants, bars, supermarkets and every kind of shops.
